Join us for an evening of restoration, contemplation, and yummy yummy goodness at the Lakeview Athletic Club Yoga Studio on Thursday, September 22 @ 7.15-8.45pm for CULTIV8 Collective’s last in person event of the summer!
This is an evening of presence for those who are craving more calm and less stress in their lives. The world can wait while you breathe, flow, and connect with like-minded individuals. So let’s push pause together and accept the moment for what it is.
We will start the evening off with a Yoga inspired flow and round out the evening with a community breathwork circle, empowering conversation, and some yummy yummy goodness from Milky Milky Ice Cream all while taking in a gorgeous Chicago sunset. Yoga mats, towels, and sweet treats will be provided.
All are welcome so please feel empowered to spread the word. You do not need to be a member of CAC to join in.
